About Carolina Leite

Hello I'm Carolina, creative designer at Sweet Prelude.

For as long as I remember, art and creativity have been a big part of who I am. My love for baking is rooted in my childhood memories of cooking with my grandmother.
From there, I developed a true passion for baking, which led me to an extraordinary journey of studying at Le Cordon Bleu and working at renowned hotels and cake shops in London. 

Established in 2016, Sweet Prelude Cakes, have been creating stunning cakes that are uniquely designed for each occasion.
I have received several renowned awards for my cake designs, which only further motivates me to continue creating masterful designs for my customers.
